Awareness to the stakeholders, internal stakeholders, public, community at large and interested parties is key in today’s climate. We utilize a multi layer approach to communications through traditional and new media alternatives to create the most efficient impact for our clients’ message.
Our services may also include strategic alliances, development of programs – mentor protégé, youth, educational, environmental awareness, focus groups, anecdotal histories. Resource Solutions of California is uniquely qualified as a MWBE to handle the community outreach component of any project. We have worked with various public agencies and are familiar with the pre-proposal and proposal process, alignment with strategic partners and development of marketing materials coupled with the utilization of social media and web presence. Our core strengths are strategic alliances, outreach and awareness campaigns that integrate an educational component, youth mentor protégé programs and focus groups.

Strategic Alliance Programs
A key component of federal contracting is aligning with the right partner. We develop consultative and coaching business relationships with consultants who know how to navigate the federal and commercial contracting markets so that small businesses can compete in the world of federal and large scale commercial business. Often times small businesses cannot engage consultants from a financial perspective although they have capacity to do the work required. Through these relationships with these consultants we have partnered in a membership program that provides small business with access to consultants who charge up to $500,000 annually for a fraction of the cost.

What you receive?
We develop and coach your organization in preparation for meetings with local and national meetings with decision makers, influencers. You will receive:
•One dial in conference call per month to discuss an issue minority and small businesses face in accessing federal government contracts
•Interviews with agencies bi monthly to discuss upcoming contracts and opportunities. These are also dial in.
•Bi Annual (at a minimum) mission tour to Washington DC to meet key influencers / decision makers
•Introductions at key events.
•One fifteen minute phone call per month (additional at discounted fee) to address any questions or prep for a meeting
